  Blog Entry #1 - The Truth Taylor Schraeder         Starting off, it was hard to choose just one  hobby for this blog post. The topic that kept coming to my mind that I participate in frequently is, going to the gym. I am by no means a powerlifter or anything like that, I just like to workout to feel strong, healthy and clear minded. That being said, I enjoy cardio, weight lifting and HIIT workouts (not running).     For the longest time, I struggled feeling anxious and eventually the gym became the one place where I knew I would feel better after going to. I suggest exercising for everyone that is able, for many many reasons.      The reason I have stated previously stated the impact of exercise on mental health, but not just mine.   Practice Blog Taylor Schraeder Starting off, my opinion on blogs I would say, in general, is pretty neutral. I’d be lying if I said I am a frequent reader, I find myself reading more books than blogs. That being said, I did find enjoyment in reading the two blogs I chose. The first blog I chose is titled theScore.com . I do enjoy watching sports so this caught my eye right off the bat. I like it because it is very straightforward and there is minimal word vomit, if you know what I mean. It’s also advertised as “ The ultimate, personalized mobile sports experience.” Who doesn’t enjoy some good personalization? As for what I didn’t like, I was really trying to search for something, I got rather knit-picky, I couldn’t find anything! Not through the lack of trying, however.
